can I replace Dell laptop adapter/charger & cord?
Can I replace a 70w output with a 90w output adapter/charger & power cord? Would this overload my laptop?

use a 9000 watt one if you can & it's equally safe on your laptop

the bigger adaptor is no use in a laptop, as far as catering to extra's and peripherals, cause these are pretty much not upgradeable in case of laptops
the only effect it would have is, batteries get charged quicker
