What can I do to a Hard Drive Caddy?
There are 4 screws in a Hard Drive Caddy of a Gateway 600YGR. I have read the service manual and it says that you need a Philip's Head #0 screwdriver for these screws. However, none of my family, me included, can get the screws to turn around. The driver itself just turns around in the screw head and does not turn the screw itself.
What can be done? What else needs to be done?

This is the first time we've tried to take the HD out of the caddy before; no one else was fiddling with it to strip the screws. We did not mess with it until we've read the service manual to find out what size screwdriver it needed. It does not have to be said that we went to the store and got the exact size either.
You've either stripped the heads of the screws, using the wrong tool, or trying to take out the wrong screws. Take it to someone a little more tool savvy.
