Looking for a new, cheap laptop?

I am currently searching for a laptop. The company must be capable of delivering to Ireland. The requirements I am looking for in the laptop are; a webcam, DVD player, WIFI, Reasonably strong battery.
My price limit is 300EUROs and am looking for a new laptop. Thanks
