More Laptop Base Results At Bottom Of The Page
The base of my laptop screen is getting really hot. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?
By "really hot" I mean painfull to the touch.
It's not the fan. The bottom of the laptop is cool and the fan is working properly. The part that's getting hot is the bottom of the screen where it attaches to the rest of the machine, this part is not effected by the tempature of the air in the cavity of the machine
A couple things, 1st: You may have your clock speed to high, which basicly means it working faster and harder than it is hade to. 2nd: your fan may be broken and might need fixing. 3rd: if your lucky all it is, is your fan is dirty, and is not ventlating properly. But, laptops normally get warm no matter what, but if its pretty hot, then you might wanna check those things out.
