More Left Right Lcd Results At Bottom Of The Page
How do I get rid of this dark shadow on the left of my LCD computer screen?
Okay so I have a Dell Inspiron 1521, and just the other day I turned my computer on to see a dark, shadowlike band on the left 1/3 of my screen. It is just a faint shadow, but the left side is clearly darker than the right. At first I thought my LCD was going bad somehow, but then today the shadow shifted to the center 1/3, then disappeared, then went back the left again where it is now. I can still clearly see the screen, but it's just rather annoying, and I'm afraid this could lead to bigger problems. If there is a quick fix for this please let me know! I am planning on just using an external monitor if I can't fix this.
Note: There is also something wrong with my battery, after about a year my computer came up with a message saying the battery has run out of its usable life. It still works but only for about 30 mins. Don't know if these problems are connected, but just a thought.
Try Redownloading your moniters drivers or make sure on your setting nothings unusual
