Helppp! I bought this tablet and it's not working. I just got it today.?
I bought a Google Android UMPC MID tablet from a China Ebay seller. I got it and plugged it in then turned it on and it worked. I played with it for a minute and then walked away. I came back a minute later and it had turned off. I turned it back on and it turned back off again. Now it wont charge or turn on or anything. I tried plugging it into my laptop and I tried pushing the reset button. None of it worked... Any advice???
Contact your ebay seller and inform them of the situation. Chances are they will try to prevent you from returning the device by sending you new chargers and stuff, which takes several weeks to get, and by that point it may be too late to return the device. You should ask to return the item if they cannot provide you with a suitable solution for an immediate fix.
It could be that there's a switch on the tablet somewhere. I ordered an mp3 player from an ebayer in China, and when I tried to charge it, the player wouldn't charge. I figured out on my own that I had to flick the switch to the on position for the player to charge. I'm not sure if it's the same for you.
But yeah, you should send the ebay seller a message. I hope you haven't left positive feedback yet, because they're less likely to want to help you out after you do (because you can't really go to ebay to complain about the seller after you've left positive feedback)
